Anslom is an international recording & touring singer songwriter and has played on five continents and is the biggest artist that has come out of Papua New Guinea.
Anslom draws his inspiration from reggae legends such as Bob Marley & The Wailers, Peter Tosh, Toots and the Maytals, Inner Circle, Chaka Demus & Pliers and Lucky Dube.
In 2000, Anslom began his professional music career, playing in clubs, bars, corporate events, which has developed into playing venues and stadiums.
Anslom will be tentatively opening up for well known international artist on the North American Tour starting 2024.
Anslom’s new album set to be released this year see’s him collaborate with Jamaican reggae legend Chaka Demus with the song called “Make Me Smile” and is expected to be a massive world-wide hit and chart highly the world over. Anslom also collaborates with multi-instrumentalist and producer Ashton “Familyman” Barret jnr. of legendary Bob Marley & The Wailers under the supervision of booking agent Don Hines.
His current hit song “Love Me Again” from the Album “Love Me Again” recorded in South Africa with legendary Lucky Dube Band debuted at number one in Papua New Guinea and charted in the top 10 in other countries such as Solomon Islands, Fiji, Vanuatu, New Caledonia, Cook Islands, Australia and New Zealand. And has charted in the top 40 in many other countries in Africa and Europe and has attracted the attention of many publishers, promoters, agents and record companies around the world.
Anslom has shared the stage with International Reggae Artist “JBoog” during the closing ceremony of the Pacific Games and the “Lucky Dube Band” in 2015.
Anslom has been prominently featured on television, radio, newspapers, magazines, periodicals and social media in US, Australia, India, Canada, England, Germany, South Africa, the Caribbean’s, Fiji, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea and has won numerous awards in Papua New Guinea and internationally.
Anslom has the support of the Government of the Independent State of Papua New Guinea and is in direct contact with relevant Ministers and the Prime Minister.
